  9. On the 21st day, strain the mixture using a cotton cloth..
  10. Do a taste check and add rest of the sugar as required. Amount of sugar will depend on the sweetness of the grapes and how sweet you want your wine to be. You may also add some more rum at this point ;).
  11. Keep it for another 2-3 weeks and keep removing the sediments every 2-3 days until wine becomes clear..
  12. Once you get the clear wine, keep it refrigerated in a dark bottle..
